I had a session with Kane in my first week back at the gym and he was excellent! He explained all the proper ways to use the various machines and helped me find a starting point. Through the session, he kept a log of the different weights we were doing and sent them over to me so that I’d be able to continue on my own - which was really helpful!
Kane was not only incredibly knowledgeable but was motivational too. I feel so much more confident about going to the gym by myself now.
