I had a session with Kane in my first week back at the gym and he was excellent! He explained all the proper ways to use the various machines and helped me find a starting point. Through the session, he kept a log of the different weights we were doing and sent them over to me so that I’d be able to continue on my own - which was really helpful!

Kane was not only incredibly knowledgeable but was motivational too. I feel so much more confident about going to the gym by myself now.

He is always happy to answer questions and follows up with you to ensure you are getting what you need from his sessions. He also gets in touch before sessions to get a feel for what you want to work on. An all-round fantastic gym experience.

I have been training with Kane for over two years now. He’s a great personal trainer who takes into account any health issues you have with training like joint issues and takes the time to plan the training to help you improve. He plans all the training prior and is fun to train with as he always pushes you to go further and improve. Would definitely recommend him as a personal trainer as he encourages you to try and do new exercises and weights you wouldn’t previously do.
